the sources of information are as many and varied as are the ways to meditate, the reasons to meditate are as individual and personal as the person choosing to meditate.

there are many persuasive texts promoting the benefits to meditation, most are sincere, some are a shade more zealous.

as an individual I can say that I enjoy, and have enjoyed meditation practice, in many forms, in many environments, using many of the support materials that the meditation market place has to offer. 

I enjoy the prepartion for meditation, I enjoy the process of meditating, I enjoy the after effects of meditation. I enjoy what I feel meditating gives to me. I hope to share my enjoyment with you.
